Bathroom Remodeling

Thoughtfully designed primary and secondary bathrooms — layout, cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, storage, and finishes.

Bathrooms are small rooms with a high density of decisions. Waterproofing, slope, ventilation, and fixture rough-in all have to be right before a single tile goes up, and none of them can be corrected later without opening the room back up. We plan the assembly as carefully as the finish.

What’s Included

  • Layout and fixture planning
  • Vanity and storage cabinetry
  • Tile design, waterproofing, and installation
  • Shower and tub enclosures
  • Plumbing fixture specification and rough-in
  • Lighting, mirrors, and ventilation
  • Accessibility and aging-in-place considerations

What actually matters on this work

Waterproofing is the project
The visible tile is the last layer. What sits behind it — membrane, slope, drainage, and sealed penetrations — determines whether the room lasts.
Primary and secondary are different rooms
A primary suite and a hall bath serve different demands. Scaling them identically usually shortchanges one and overbuilds the other.
Plan for the fixtures you chose
Rough-in has to match the actual fixtures, not placeholders. Selections happen before demolition for that reason.
