Bathroom Remodeling
Thoughtfully designed primary and secondary bathrooms — layout, cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, storage, and finishes.
Bathrooms are small rooms with a high density of decisions. Waterproofing, slope, ventilation, and fixture rough-in all have to be right before a single tile goes up, and none of them can be corrected later without opening the room back up. We plan the assembly as carefully as the finish.
What’s Included
- Layout and fixture planning
- Vanity and storage cabinetry
- Tile design, waterproofing, and installation
- Shower and tub enclosures
- Plumbing fixture specification and rough-in
- Lighting, mirrors, and ventilation
- Accessibility and aging-in-place considerations
What actually matters on this work
- Waterproofing is the project
- The visible tile is the last layer. What sits behind it — membrane, slope, drainage, and sealed penetrations — determines whether the room lasts.
- Primary and secondary are different rooms
- A primary suite and a hall bath serve different demands. Scaling them identically usually shortchanges one and overbuilds the other.
- Plan for the fixtures you chose
- Rough-in has to match the actual fixtures, not placeholders. Selections happen before demolition for that reason.
