- Residential remodeling experience
- Occupied homes, existing conditions, and finish-level work. It's a different discipline than new construction.
- Reliable scheduling
- Renovation schedules are tightly sequenced. Showing up when you said you would is most of the job.
- Direct communication
- We'd rather hear about a problem early than discover it at inspection.
- Properly insured and documented
- Current insurance and a W-9 on file before work begins. We'll walk you through what's needed.
Trade partner application
Only your company details, a contact, and the trades you perform are required. Everything else — documents included — can come later.
